Narvik

Narvik is a school and industrial town in the end of Ofotfjorden.

Narvik is a town with 18500 inhabitants.

The town is surrounded of high mountains on one side and the ocean on the other.

The golf stream makes a harbour with no ice in the wintertime. Big ships sails out with iron mineral which is coming with the railway from the mines in Kiruna.

In the wintertime we have many months without any sun, and in the summertime we have midnights sun and it is light 24 hours a day.
